Today I started a 30 day ab challenge. I did the core challenge (http://neilarey.com/challenges/core-challenge.html) a few months ago and enjoyed the increase in strength over the month. I like the workouts and challenges on the neila ray website, they are fun and visually attractive. I also like that the website focuses on strength and fitness (and superpowers) rather than just losing weight. I don’t need to lose weight, but I do want to be fitter and stronger!
I’ve been a bit slack with my step count recently, but For the next month I want to achieve my 10,000 steps a day on my fitbit (www.fitbit.com) everyday.
